Group Classes


Einstein K9 is proud to offer a variety of group classes to our clients. Group classes offer socialization, camaraderie, and a great deal of fun! Whether you have added a brand new puppy to your home, or are looking to teach an old dog new tricks, we have a class for you! All classes meet once a week, for a one hour session. 

Class List:

Puppy Class- This eight week course covers all you need to know to set your puppy up for success! We will cover topics such as potty training, kennel training, destructive chewing, socialization, loose leash walking, recall, jumping, nipping, and much more. We will also introduce and illustrate how to teach the commands sit, down, heel, leave it, stay, and come. All puppies must be between two and six months old and show proof of vaccinations prior to entering class.

Beginner Obedience- This eight week course covers beginner obedience topics for dogs six months and older. We will covers topics such as jumping, nipping, destructive chewing, loose leash walking, recall, nutrition, operant conditioning, and much more. We will also introduce and illustrate how to teach the commands sit, down, heel, leave it, stay, and come. All dogs must show proof of vaccination prior to entering class.

Advanced Obedience- This eight week course is geared toward preparing dogs for passing their Canine Good Citizen (CGC) course. The CGC is a ten part test which certifies dogs that have the training and behaviors needed to be reliable, well-behaved members of their families and communities. Canine good citizen
Trick Training Class- This six week course is geared toward fun trick training! We focus on fun, silly, and unique behaviors. Tricks covered in this class include shake, roll over, Bang/Dead Dog, Spin, Bow, Place (go to a designated bed/rug), Weave, and more! Throughout this course we will focus target training as well as the advanced stages of heeling. The prerequisite to this course is Puppy Class or Beginner course
